How do I obtain and print my Invoice?
We pride ourselves as an environmentally conscious organization, and we take steps to reduce the amount of paper we produce on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. This includes making all of your billing information, including invoices, available online.
If you need a paper copy of your invoice, the quickest and easiest way is to download and print one. From the My Plan Invoices or My Account Invoices screens, use the check boxes to choose your invoices, select Download Selected, then choose your preferred format and download. Once you’ve downloaded your invoices, you can print them for your records.
When’s the right time to report a problem with my package?
Refer to the terms and conditions from the shipper country of origin to get information on how to report a lost or damaged package or an uncollected C.O.D. payment. This will provide you with the most accurate time frames on when to start a claim.
How long will it take for my package to arrive at its destination?
My shipment says “Out for Delivery.” What time will I get my package?
Generally, our drivers can deliver as late as 9 p.m. During the holiday season, our drivers may deliver even later. If we are unable to deliver a package that shows a status of “out for delivery,” we’ll try another delivery on the next business day.
